I apologize to my loyal readers who did not see a blog post
on Tuesday. I wrote a short one but it didn’t upload because I was out in the
middle of Nowheresville-Texas. It didn’t even occur to me to check until today,
which explains why there was no information when I Googled about my most recent
post. Basically, it was a post about how the main motto of the Boy Scouts is to
always be prepared. Unfortunately I was not in line with that saying as I totally
forgot my laptop on a trip I was taking. That’s the number one rule of a
blogger: always bring your laptop.
The main reason I am so late in updating you was because I
was all over Texas this past week. I was
in Austin, then near College Station, then Houston, and now back to San
Antonio, all in a matter of 4 days. And I just wanted a break from reality and
decided to not bring my laptop without thinking that I needed to update my
blog. It was also ditsy on my behalf because I had countless emails and things
to attend to when I got home.
You can pretend, this is Tuesday, however, and be on Ranch Time
like I was. To make up for it, here are some pictures from the beautiful place I
stayed at on one of my days away:
(Sorry for the lack of editing, but these pictures were so gorgeous I think editing would do them an injustice.)
Were you by any chance at a grape orchard?
ReplyDeleteI was at a family friend's ranch. But yes, they grew grapes, good observation!
